The Scientific Review Committee will review CAT project applications based on proof of principle, novelty of innovation, experimental design, and laboratory viability.

Project Allocation Committee

The Project Allocation Committee will allocate Matching Funds for CAT projects based on anticipated value, level of risk, time to achieve economic impact, and the company size and resources.

User Facilities Committee

​

User Facilities Committee will facilitate strategic plans to provide user training programs and workshops, and determine equipment and service rates for academic and industry users.

Entrepreneurship and Industrial Advisory Committee

​

The Entrepreneurship and Industrial Advisory Committee will stimulate commercialization of technology developed by researchers by providing valuable business skills and resources.
